About Help Me Learn Africa

Volunteering that Makes a Difference

HelpmelearnAfrica provides volunteering programmes that help support children’s education in developing countries. Through our volunteer programmes we raise funds in order to provide educational resources and infrastructure to villages with little or no access to education. We offer group building programmes as well as teaching and Nursing/ medical programmes that promote health education in local hospitals and schools.

Embark in a journey of a lifetime and volunteer with us. Joining any of our programmes will allow you to experience what life is really like in underdeveloped countries where education is scarce or non existent.

We are a Gibraltar (UK) based charity organisation with projects currently operating in Ghana, but expanding to Kenya and Uganda in 2020.

Louise Barea

Founder

With over 7 years experience our charity founder Louise Barea has established projects in Ghana and Kenya with views to expand to Uganda and Ethiopia.

She not only manages all projects and local fundraisers but often takes part in some of her volunteering programmes.

Her vision is to continue expanding Helpmelearnafrica by providing access to education to as many children as possible.

Her work would not be possible without the help of volunteers, so help her achieve her goals by taking part in our volunteering programmes.
